A Moving Experience

Edwaerd Muybridge was a British pioneer of photography. He captured movement through still photographs and reproducing it to study how animals and humans moved. Most famous was his zoopraxiscope, a device to display moving images which predated motion picture displayed on film.
Born in Kingston-Upon-Thames, the town put on a celebration of his work in 2011 with an exhibition at the Kingston Museum. The display was put on in conjunction with Kingston University and Us Design Studio, with Sound Print & Design supplying all of the printed material for the exhibition.
